Your Application. Our Manufacturing.

We control the process, because that's the only way to control the specification.

Every physical characteristic your application depends on โ€” particle size, dissolution rate, purity โ€” is set during manufacturing, not sorted afterward.

Stage 01โ€“03
01

Raw Copper Input

Copper input is sourced and verified before it enters the reaction stage โ€” the starting point that determines the purity ceiling of everything downstream.

02

Acid Reaction

Controlled reaction with sulphuric acid converts raw copper into copper sulphate solution under monitored temperature and concentration.

03

Crystallisation

The solution is crystallised under controlled cooling conditions โ€” this stage is where crystal size begins to be shaped, not corrected later.

Stage 04โ€“06
04

Separation

Crystals are separated from the mother liquor, isolating the product from residual solution and soluble impurities.

05

Drying

Controlled drying brings moisture content down to the level your application's shelf life and handling requirements need.

06

Grading

Crystals are screened into defined particle-size grades โ€” powder through large crystal โ€” so the size on the spec sheet is the size in the bag.

Stage 07โ€“08
07

QC Testing

Every batch is tested against Cu%, moisture, insolubles, and the relevant impurity profile before it's cleared to ship.

08

Packaging

Packed to export-ready standard, with the documentation โ€” COA, SDS, and application-specific paperwork โ€” matched to the shipment.

What This Buys You

Multiple physical grades. Controlled specifications. Application-focused production.

Because we control every stage from raw copper to packed crystal, we can hold a grade to a specification โ€” not just sort a generic batch into rough size categories after the fact. That's the difference between a supplier and a manufacturer.
